Alsandra, Thanks for your interestI work for the moment in South East of Haiti in the Commune of Bainet,
3 and 4 Section Communale but I'm very open for any other location to re-establish
myself on my own.
1997 I used to visit a friend in Ouanaminthe near the border and I can tell you that
I've been thinking of establish the nursery near the border, next to an airport or a haven
to facilitate transportation or export of the bamboo products.

Bambusa ventricosa (non available in Haiti)
Thysostachys siamensis (non available in Haiti).
The program plan to propagate bamboos for different use
shoots, timber, ornamental. Three differennt ways to protect watersheds
while offering ways to farmers to make money on the short and long term.
I'm open for any suggestions, ideas, newest nursery efficient techniques
etc
