2, 4. There needs to be a good drainage and consistent irrigation/rainfall.
Land that supports coconut plantations sounds good if there's enough annual
rainfall. Drainage should be good there.
Forrest lands should have all the ideal growing elements but might also
present too much competition for nutrients and sunlight.
Tropical grass lands might work if the soil's not muck.
Rice production areas would seem to be too wet. Rhizomes will rot if they
can't breathe.
