[bamboo-plantations] lives are getting white and degenerate

Gigantis Bamboo plantation Good morning all
I am growing Chimonobambusa yunnanensis & Dendrocalamus minor from
seeds (seed were sawn in august) in a green house.
It is about two month that the lives are getting white and degenerate.
The soil is planting soil mix Baltic sphagnum peat moss 95% organic
matter &ph 3.7-4.3 N 0.8-1.6 P0.01-0.05 K0.03
The plant are being fertilized with a 20-20-20 in 1 gram per 1 liter
once ten days.
Does anybody familiar with that phenomenon?
If picture Is needed I will be glad to send.
Thank you
Ruth
