was the watering. The last cutting to send up a shoot did so two
weeks ago. All culms and pieces were planted about September 20th.
This one was a crooked piece, and I was going to discard it, but we
stuck it in the ground. The sprout came up nearly an inch from the
stick, and is definately not the results from leaves comming out of
the tick. BUT, this also was faithfully watered in the same way as I
mentioned in my other mail.
To me, the watering is the secret. My previous failures were to trust
that the soil had enough humidity.

Lako which had just produced 1-2inch shoots in the last fortnight, so
from what I've just read ( and been told) am I not going to get
anything form these? Dont want to go tugging at them to see if any
roots are appearing.

worth leaving them longer to see if they do anything after so long?
