[bamboo-plantations] yellow bamboo

I once found yellow bamboos in my childhood, but now it is so rare in my
place. I live in Indonesia. We call it pring gading (pring means bamboo,
gading means yellowish ivory). I am afraid it is in extinction. Any
clue?
