We have built some prototypes and have 2 designs with construction drawings for disaster relief. They just need to be built and studied for cost and feasibility at the locations for manufacturing large quantities,along with investment $$ for large quantities and storage.
This is an involved undertaking. I have been working on this potential project for local use and stock piling for shipment,with various companies over the past 25 years. One of our partners is currently building some bamboo structures in Nepal,but not in large quantities.

Very good idea. Lets work on it. An international force constructing in bamboo for natural disasters!!! We need projetcs, peopel and tecnology. And at least 400 pieces already done for emergencies. Lets work on it. We have bamboo here in Brazil and some people.
